Ever since Balmain’s Olivier Rousteing stepped onto the Billboard Music Awards red carpet last May (with Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner in tow) to announce the Balmain for H&M collaboration, fashion lovers have\u00a0patiently waited through six whole months, an Instagram leak, supermodel-filled campaign ads…In less than 24\u00a0hours, you’ll be able to shop the highly anticipated collection both in stores and online.<\/p>\n

But you can’t just line up or go\u00a0online willy-nilly to shop this thing –\u00a0you have to be prepared and the rules are different depending on your loaction. So we’ve gathered the details, rules and tips on how to shop the Balmain x H&M collection to help you gear up and get ready. Read on for your full guide.<\/p>\n

For US shoppers, the collection will be available in select stores and online.<\/strong>
\nThe collection will go live on H&M’s US e-commerce site at 8 a.m. EST.<\/strong>
\nAll retail stores will open at 8 a.m. Confirm with your local H&M store beforehand to make sure it is carrying the collection.
\nThe first 420 shoppers in line for the Balmain x H&M collection will be given a coloured bracelet \u2014 there are 14 colours with one for each group of 30 people. Each group will have 15 minutes to shop the collection. After the last group, whatever is left will be available to everyone in the store.
\nPurchases online are limited to one per style per customer.
\nPurchases in stores are limited to two per style per customer.
\nReturns in the original form of payment or exchanges are offered until Nov. 8 (with receipt and a valid photo ID) for purchased items from the collection in stores. After Nov. 8, all refunds will be issued as store credit at the current selling price.
\nReturns in the original form of payment or exchanges are offered on purchased items from the collection online and must be postmarked within three days of its package receipt.
\nAccessories are not returnable for hygiene reasons. All merchandise must be returned in its original selling condition.<\/p>\n

In the UK and Europe:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are proud to launch our latest designer collection, Balmain x H&M. The collection is available in selected stores and online from 9am GMT on 5 November 2015.<\/strong>
\nSo that everyone can buy something from Balmain x H&M, purchases are limited to a maximum of one of each item per person. This applies to all items in the collection including accessories, shoes and bags.
\nCustomers in the queue will be given a coloured bracelet; there are 14 colours with one for each group of 20 customers. Your colour determines when it\u2019s your time to shop in the designer collection area. Each group will have 10 minutes to shop, with 5 minutes between slots. The bracelets are only for customers shopping the ladieswear Balmain x H&M collection. There will not be a queuing system to purchase menswear.* You can still shop as normal in store as the queuing system only applies to the ladieswear designer collection. *The queuing system may vary depending on the market.<\/p>\n

If you arrive before the store opens, please join the queue and our staff will tell you how the shopping system works. As the designer collections are usually very popular, there are a few things to keep in mind for a great shopping experience.
\nReturns from the designer collections are accepted for 3 days only. The items need to be in perfect condition (unworn\/unused) and please remember to bring your receipt! We have not been able to establish which (if any) H&M airport stores will carry the collection so please check with the H&M store locator for the country to are in if you are flying on November 5. You might get lucky and find the collection without the queues!!<\/strong><\/p>\n
