This summer, Mo\u00ebt & Chandon unveils a new chapter in its collaboration with Pharrell Williams, turning its attention to Ice Imp\u00e9rial, the Maison\u2019s iconic champagne created to be enjoyed over ice. For the first time, the bottle sheds its traditional sleeve, revealing a design reimagined by Pharrell Williams that celebrates the spirit of the cuv\u00e9e and the freedom of summer moments.<\/p>\n

The release revisits one of the Maison\u2019s boldest innovations. Introduced in 2010, Ice Imp\u00e9rial was the first champagne specifically crafted for serving over ice, challenging traditional codes of champagne enjoyment. Conceived by Cellar Master Beno\u00eet Gouez, the blend was developed to retain its intensity, freshness and balance as the ice melts, creating a distinctive tasting experience from the first sip to the last.<\/p>\n

To accompany the launch, Mo\u00ebt & Chandon has partnered with La Tarte Trop\u00e9zienne on a series of exclusive pairings inspired by the French Riviera. Created around the cuv\u00e9e\u2019s vibrant notes of tropical fruit, citrus and stone fruit, the recipes capture the relaxed elegance of summer by the sea.<\/p>\n

The Maison also introduces a new signature serve: the Spicy Mangos\u00e9. Imagined by Beno\u00eet Gouez, the cocktail combines Ice Imp\u00e9rial with mango, agave and a subtle hint of chili, offering a fresh interpretation of the cuv\u00e9e designed for warm-weather occasions.<\/p>\n
