Mo\u00ebt Hennessy Travel Retail, in partnership with Avolta, has unveiled the first-ever \u00ae travel retail activation, launching as an exclusive avant-premi\u00e8re at Madrid Airport Terminal 4 SAT.<\/p>\n

Running from 29 July through the end of September, the pop-up celebrates the renewed 10-year global partnership between Mo\u00ebt & Chandon and Formula 1\u00ae, inviting travellers to experience the Maison’s enduring association with victory, celebration and shared emotion through an immersive retail experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The activation marks a significant milestone for both partners, bringing one of the world’s most iconic sporting collaborations into travel retail. Timed to drive visibility ahead of the Formula 1\u00ae Grand Prix in Madrid from 11\u201313 September, the experience reinforces Mo\u00ebt & Chandon’s longstanding place at the heart of some of the sport’s most memorable podium celebrations while creating a new touchpoint for international travellers.<\/p>\n

Mo\u00ebt & Chandon’s relationship with Formula 1 dates back to 1950 when Juan Manuel Fangio celebrated his French Grand Prix victory with a toast hosted by Paul Chandon-Mo\u00ebt and Count Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Chandon de Briailles.<\/p>\n

Developed in collaboration with Avolta, this exclusive visibility of over 20m2 reflects a shared ambition to elevate the airport retail journey\u00a0 through premium brand experiences. The pop-up transforms the airport environment into a destination where travellers can engage with Mo\u00ebt & Chandon’s heritage through storytelling, celebration and experiential retail.<\/p>\n

At the centre of the experience is a retail space which brings to life the exhilaration of Formula 1\u00ae through several interactive elements, including a replica Formula 1\u00ae photo podium to recreate the iconic winner\u2019s celebration. A range of grooming services will be offered by sales assistants dressed in race suits inspired by Formula 1\u00ae drivers and a sampling bar will give shoppers the chance to enjoy a Mo\u00ebt & Chandon tasting experience.<\/p>\n

The exclusive Jeroboam from Spain 1996, signed by Schumacher, Alesi, Villeneuve, echoing the Champagne spray \u2013 one of sport\u2019s most enduring images \u2013 serves as the visual centrepiece of the space. A curated display of vintage photography showcases iconic podium celebrations from Madrid’s Formula 1\u00ae history while two immersive pillars with LED screens showcase dynamic Formula 1\u00ae footage, creating a high-octane atmosphere.<\/p>\n
