From everyday life to pioneering expeditions, outerwear has remained at the heart of Burberry\u2019s story. Each portrait is different, but together they capture individuality and self-expression.&#8221;<\/em> Daniel Lee,\u00a0Chief Creative Officer<\/p>\n<p>Photographed by Jack Day, with a film directed by Hector Aponysus, \u2018170: The Anniversary Portraits\u2019 brings together 170 individuals across London, New York, Seoul and Shanghai, offering unique perspectives on ten Burberry outerwear styles. Different shapes, materials and ways of dressing for the weather.<\/p>\n<p>The Long Kensington Heritage Trench Coat and Long Waterloo Heritage Trench Coat showcase the house\u2019s Heritage Collection. The Kensington is structured, with set-in sleeves; the Waterloo has a softer line, cut to a classic fit with raglan shoulders. For men, the Mid-length Camden Heritage Car Coat is understated: single-breasted, with concealed buttons.<\/p>\n<p>The iconic Burberry trench is explored further through the Leather Kensington Trench Jacket, made from richly textured burgundy nappa leather. Grey m\u00e9lange, gently brushed, fluid and lightweight. For women, the Shearling Collar Cashmere Cape is lined in signature House Check.<\/p>\n<p>House codes continue to define modern puffer jackets. For men, the Check Highlands Puffer Jacket comes in glossy nylon, its tonal check woven directly into the fabric, with a protective funnel neck. The women\u2019s Check Ambleside Puffer Jacket brings House Check into seasonal yarn-beige, cut through with black zip taping. Both are filled with goose down and feathers, with packaway hoods.<\/p>\n<p>Inspired by classic British countryside styles, quilted jackets become lighter layers for between seasons.
