Armand de Brignac Champagne announced the official launch of its newest prestige cuvee expression,\u00a0Armand de Brignac Blanc de Noirs<\/b>, <\/b>which arrived in select cities of the world this week.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Crafted as a unique representation of the remarkable power, finesse and elegance of Pinot Noir from the Champagne region of France<\/span>, this highly limited varietal from Armand de Brignac<\/span> joins the luxury portfolio that includes Gold Brut, Rose, Blanc de Blancs and Demi Sec.<\/p>\n

The Armand de Brignac Blanc de Noirs, a 100% Pinot Noir, was crafted with fruit harvested from the lauded Pinot Noir growing region of Montage de Reims in Champagne, France<\/span>. It is a blend of three distinct vintages crafted from the finest harvests by the signature father and son winemaking team, Jean Jacques<\/span> and Alexandre Cattier<\/span>. The palate is highlighted by the stunning 2008 vintage, presenting a powerful yet refined structure with notes of orange blossom and brioche, with bright red fruit flavors. Six years of ageing provided the champagne with layers of complexity and an exquisitely fine bubble.<\/p>\n

“Our objective with this new cuvee was to create a highly memorable and unique champagne,” said Winemaker Jean Jacques Cattier. “The Blanc de Noirs will elevate your tasting and culinary experience, with layers of complexity, power and, most importantly, finesse.”<\/p>\n

The Blanc de Noirs is presented in the iconic metallized Armand de Brignac<\/span> bottle, with this cuvee’s unique bottle color identifying as an almost-black shade – inspired by the black grape from which the champagne was created. Each finished bottle is hand-polished, fitted with four French pewter labels, and then placed in a premium wooden lacquered presentation box. With its distinct craftsmanship, less than 3,000 bottles have been released globally.<\/p>\n

The new Armand de Brignac Blanc de Noirs was exclusively launched with luxury UK retailer, Harrods, in September. Starting today, Blanc de Noirs will be sold in select markets globally at a suggested retail price of US$800<\/span>.<\/p>\n
