Armani presents Fil Rouge, the new luxurious fragrance for 2016 inspired by the Armani couture collection, and the line of make-up for spring-summer 2016.
The new perfume belongs to the exclusive collection of the brand Armani Privé, and its subcollections Armani Privé Les Éditions Couture. This line has so far included the following editions: La Femme Bleue from 2011, La Femme Nacre from 2012, Nuances of 2013 and Ombre & Lumière from 2014.
Armani Privé transports the essence of fashion like a “fil rouge,” or red thread, into the House’s fragrance universe. Exclusive, precious and surprising, this limited edition is a feast for the senses.
Top notes: Bergamot and aldehyde
Middle notes: Iris and angelica essence
Base notes: White musk and grey amber accord
The Armani Collection S/S16 put the focus on the colour of red, colourful patterns and details such as flame, lacquer and geranium flowers. Jovial, casual yet glamorous, the collection stands as the inspiration behind the new fragrance. This was carried through by the Fil Rouge Runway make-up line (see story).
The fragrance is available as a 100 ml Eau de Parfum in limited numbers.
