Bulgari is heating things up with its Spring/Summer 2016 Accessories Collection, a chic new range of sunglasses, handbags and scarves that will make the sunshine that much hotter.
Every handcrafted accessory is designed per Bulgari’s signature style, in luxurious materials and voluptuous volumes, for each of its distinctive collections.
Inspired by a springtime shower of colour, Bulgari paints its 2016 accessories with a rainbow of gemstone hues, sunset pinks and purples to shine on citrine yellow, budding greens and turquoise to pick up berry tourmaline. The masterful Roman jeweller shines with seasonal metallic inspirations that reflect its brilliance, like the ground after a springtime rain. After a long winter’s nap, every woman needs a splash of Bulgari’s spring and summer colour.

Bulgari presented timeless classism in their Spring/Summer 2016 collection presentation.
The Bulgari serpenti manifested in all forms throughout the collection in various physical forms. Small, boxy handbags constructed in python print were presented in various like-colorways: notably colorways of blue tones and another in magenta hues. Other handbags fashioned a serpenti head as a closure, with others functioning and mimicking the scale-like aesthetic of the serpenti as beautifully crafted, hardware handles. The serpenti had presence in the jewelry collection as well, in several styles, each time wrapping the wrist in a coiled manner. One serpenti designed bracelet in particular, contrasted its gold form with emerald jewels placed intricately throughout the piece. In other handbag designs, colorblocking was found paired in pink/black or white/black colorways, each detailed with the circular Bulgari hardware as closure. Metallics in gold, silver and seafoam were represented in small handbags. Details in the SS16 handbag collection included jewels functioned as stud detailing, architectural lining, contrast piping and tri-fold, side pleating.
