Burberry has unveiled the Avant-premiere launch of its new Goddess Eau De Parfum at major international airports across the globe. This makes duty-free the first channel to introduce this exceptional fragrance to the world, one month before its worldwide debut on August 1, 2023.

Burberry Goddess pop-ups will bring the story of the fragrance to life for customers through an immersive, engaging omnichannel experience. At the heart of the spaces lies the Burberry Goddess olfactive discovery, where each key olfactive note of the fragrance is presented individually before experiencing the final scent of the Burberry Goddess Eau De Parfum.

In addition to the olfactive discovery, customers will be able to further immerse themselves in the story of the fragrance through a QR code that offers an engaging augmented reality experience.

BURBERRY BEAUTY REVEALS BURBERRY GODDESS EAU DE PARFUM – A NEW FRAGRANCE FOR WOMEN​

Burberry unveils the new Goddess Eau De Parfum, a unique gourmand aromatic fragrance led by a powerful trio of distinct vanillas. Collected by hand, the beans spend five to seven weeks drying in the sun. They are then stored in wooden boxes to mature and develop their sweet signature aroma.​

​‘My initial goal for Burberry Goddess was to expand upon the common use of vanilla to deliver a new kind of​ rich olfactive experience. For this purpose, I used three distinct types of vanilla extraction. The first is a​ Vanilla Infusion, which provides the brightest, woody vanilla possible. Then I used Firgood™, also known as​ Vanilla Caviar, for the first time in a fragrance. This innovative new ingredient adds a sweet, rich and animalic​ vanilla. Lastly, Vanilla Absolute is darker and richer, enhancing the fragrance with a mysterious, milky aspect.’​​

​During the process to create the perfect vanilla accord, the precious vanilla was wrapped with notes of bright​ Lavender Diva essence from Provence and earthy notes of cocoa and ginger roots, creating an aromatic balance to each vanilla.​

The vegan perfume is housed in Burberry’s first refillable bottle. The gabardine outer casing references to Burberry’s long-standing heritage, whilst the archive-inspired bottle is modernised with a gold medallion. ​
