The year 2022 also sees the release of a limited edition perfecto cigar honouring the Statesman character facet of history’s most iconic cigar aficionado and a round cutter in the popular Winston Churchill design.

The Winston Churchill Limited Edition 2022 is the perfect marriage of the quality multi-origin blends of «The Original Series» and «The Late Hour Series». With tobaccos from Ecuador, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, the elegant perfecto cigar delivers intensity, complexity and a diversity of flavours, combining notes of leather and cedar wood from «The Late Hour Series» with those of walnut as well as floral flavours from «The Original Series». Taste Experience
Wrapped in an oily Ecuadorian leaf, the elegant perfecto cigar provides aficionados with a medium to full intensity and 60-70 minutes of time beautifully filled. The first third is dominated by complex notes #timebeautifullyfilled davidoff.com of leather, while the second part of the cigar carries intense walnut aromas. As the masterpiece comes to its grand finale, flavours of fresh spices are present on the palate and in the retrohale. Additional notes of leather and black coffee complement the spiciness, creating an experience as diverse, complex and effortlessly convincing as the Statesman himself.

Limited to 12’300 boxes, the Winston Churchill Limited Edition 2022 comes in an elegant box inspired by Sir Winston’s original briefcase. It contains not only the ten perfecto cigars, but also a letter to the aficionado written by Randolph Churchill, Sir Winston’s great grandson.

Limited Edition Round Cutter
Along with the limited edition cigars, Davidoff releases an elegant round cutter that proves to be a true collector’s item. Adorned with Churchill’s silhouette and designed in the style of an old pocked watch, its elegant look and feel assorts well with all existing Davidoff Winston Churchill products. The cutter is made of stainless steel and scratch-proof sapphire glass and is carefully finished with German precision. A leather pouch that can be attached to garments with a chain and a snap lock protects the cutter and gives it an extra touch of sophistication.

From February 2022*, the Davidoff Winston Churchill Limited Edition 2022 cigars and limited edition round cutters will be available at select Davidoff Appointed Merchants, premium cigar retailers and in Davidoff flagship stores.
