The Game of Thrones universe is truly spilling onto the luxury beauty sector as Emilia Clarke becomes the show’s second name to front Dolce & Gabbana’s fragrance campaign.
Just over a week after Kit Harrington was announced as the new face of Dolce & Gabbana’s fragrance for men (see story), his Game Of Thrones co-star Emilia Clarke has now been unveiled as his female counterpart for the brand’s The One fragrance, a role previously filled by the likes of Scarlett Johansson and Gisele Bundchen.
Taking to social media, the maison posted a picture of Clarke with the caption, “Emmy nominated actress Emilia Clarke will be the face of Dolce&Gabbana The One fragrance starting September 2017, launching the new Eau de Toilette.”
“Emilia Clarke embodies perfectly the Dolce & Gabbana woman: she is radiant and lively,” said Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. “Her personality and natural beauty will capture the essence of this new campaign: joyful, spontaneous and full of life. She is The One!”
