This year, Estée Lauder Travel Retail celebrated the eighth edition of its annual mega collaboration with the China Duty Free Group (CDFG), extending the campaign to the New Year period for the first time – Asia Pacific’s most important travel and shopping period.

Estée Lauder has launched a pop-up at the CDF Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Complex Block C from January 1 to February 28, bringing to life The House That Gives campaign, inspired by the spirit of reunion, gifting, and festive celebration. Guests are invited to explore a series of immersive zones, spanning high-performance skincare to a vanity area dedicated to makeup discovery. The experience concluded with a photo moment inspired by the Year of the Horse, symbolizing vitality, festivity, and aspirations for the year ahead, offering guests a meaningful way to capture memories in celebration.

Through dedicated pop-ups at DFS Four Seasons in Macau (31 Dec – 28 Feb) and DFS Sun Plaza in Hong Kong (12 Jan – 28 Feb), consumers could immerse themselves in a multi-sensory festive journey inspired by the symbolism of the Year of the Horse. Interactive experiences invited travellers to create personalized keepsakes, from assembling bespoke keychains to imprinting auspicious blessings through couplet stamping and live calligraphy. At select locations, a Fortune Drawer experience revealed seasonal well-wishes and festive gifts, while curated travel-exclusive assortments were complemented by personalized beauty consultations and relaxing hand massage services – transforming each pop-up into a moment of discovery, celebration, and connection.
