Lacoste, under licence to Coty, have launched a duo of new fragrances titled Timeless.

“Time stands still. On a razor’s edge between dream and reality, time is suspended in a single determining instant that seems to last for eternity.”

LACOSTE TIMELESS L’HOMME

The men’s creation, LACOSTE TIMELESS L’HOMME, created by perfumer Michel Girard and structured as an aromatic-wood-spice, highlighting the two most important L’Homme facets: The exquisitely subtle tea note offers a touch of freshness to the fruity rhubarb. The composition opens with an intense, fresh blend of bergamot, tea, cardamom, and rhubarb that creates an overture to the spicy, dynamic heart, where pungent ginger and black pepper accords are united, stylized with jasmine and almonds. The base includes the notes of vanilla, akigalawood, cedar, amber, and musk.

“My objective was to explore various ways of expressing freshness in a men’s fragrance. The idea of creating a surprising combination of spicy bursts and fruity green notes led me to develop this contrasting freshness: more surprising, more intense, and why not… Timeless,” said perfumer Michel Girard.

LACOSTE POUR FEMME TIMELESS

The women’s fragrance, LACOSTE POUR FEMME TIMELESS, by Master perfumer Olivier Cresp, whose idea was to present a new floral character of the original Lacoste Pour Femme edition and bring together two forms of rose essences that cross paths and brush shoulders with their scents, illuminated with mandarin zest. The heart of the creation develops a fragrant bouquet of white flowers, jasmine sambac, and gardenia combined with orange blossom absolute, which infuses the fragrance with bright, fresh, green notes. The base notes give seductive warmth to the flowers gathering sandalwood, frankincense, and patchouli.

L`HOMME LACOSTE TIMELESS is available as a 50ml and 100ml Eau de Toilette, while LACOSTE POUR FEMME TIMELESS is available as a 30ml, 50ml, and 85ml Eau de Parfum from July 2019 in Europe, and from October 2019 in the US.
