Martell joins forces with contemporary artist Mathias Kiss to create a limited edition design for duty-free shoppers this holiday season.

Martell Cordon Bleu has collaborated with Parisian contemporary artist Mathias Kiss to reveal a dazzling limited-edition design, now available in Global Travel Retail, just in time for the holiday season. In the spirit of celebrating the ‘art of generosity’, Mathias Kiss has seamlessly merged Martell’s classic craftsmanship with his own modern style, creating a gift that truly celebrates the iconic status of this cognac.

Known for his monumental works of art that blend tradition with modernity, Mathias Kiss is the perfect choice to bring Martell’s rich history to life. The vibrant bottle is unmissable as Martell’s classic cobalt blue collides with rich gold in an antique French marble motif. This celebration of classical distinction is the ideal way to show appreciation to family and friends in the shared experience of the festive season.

This limited edition Cordon Bleu heralds an explosion of deliciously full, spiced notes and vibrant complex aromas. A mix of orchard fruits and deep roasted flavours make for an impressively long finish, characterised by notes of fruit and spices.

Created in 1912 by Eduard Martell, Martell Cordon Bleu is a masterful blend of more than 100 eaux-de-vie and is known for its remarkable richness and elegance. Martell’s deep floral aromas stem from the Borderies cru, which represents just 5% of cognac vineyards.

The Martell Cordon Bleu Limited Edition bottling launched in select global travel retail markets in November 2019. OOH activations will take place in key international airports, complemented by a strong digital campaign across GTR and domestic markets throughout the sales period.
