Martell Cognac has announced the launch of two new city-inspired limited editions for the house’s iconic Cordon Bleu Cognac.

Premiering two new illustrious packaging designs, the world-renowned Cognac brand, celebrates the cultural icons and landmarks of Hainan and Singapore. The Hainan edition arrives in select duty free outlets* on the island this month, while the Singapore design will be available from September 2023.

The new designs artfully evoke the spirit and identity of the two destinations, marrying cityscape imagery with elements of Martell’s signature brand style, all whilst paying homage to the rich heritage of the Maison. The eye-catching boxes also feature a window, allowing consumers a sneak preview of the beautiful bottle inside.

The Hainan Edition

Adorned with illustrations of famous landmarks in Hainan, such as Phoenix Island and Five Finger Mountain – in addition to playful depictions of the rare Hainan Gibbon, cable cars, cruise ships and a hot air balloon – the new packaging captures the essence of Hainan’s unique culture and landscape.

The Singapore Edition

A tribute to the city’s rich cultural heritage and innovative spirit, the Singapore design features world-recognised landmarks, such as the Marina Bay Sands, the famous Singapore Flyer observation wheel, as well as a biometric tree from the stunning Gardens by the Bay. The scene is complemented by other Singapore icons such as the humble otter, durian fruit, coconut trees.

To celebrate the launch of the two new travel retail exclusives, activations will take place at Singapore Changi Airport and at duty free outlets in Hainan (Sanya and Haikou).
