Montblanc has begun a long-term advertising and marketing campaign to reach out and engage with travelling shoppers in the world’s airports…

Montblanc, the luxury writing instruments, watches, leathergoods and jewellery brand, has begun a powerful ‘takeover’ campaign on Duty Free Hunter, the global hub for the global shopper.

Over the Christmas holiday season the DFH website homepage will carry exclusive banner advertisements, which then repeat on the search and results pages. Furthermore, when a DFH user enters an airport location that features a Montblanc boutique or counter then a further message automatically appears to highlight the shopping opportunity directly to the traveller.

The location-targeted adverts are active on a permanent basis and will be updated throughout the year to showcase new products and collections. Montblanc are able to change the advert imagery per individual location as part of the DFH flexible advertising system.

On mobile and tablet screens the adverts transform to display in a landscape banner for maximum effect.

Currently the advertising panels are showcasing the Montblanc Meisterstück Ultra Black Special Edition pens which were launched earlier in 2016 to celebrate the iconic Meisterstück collection. Other adverts are displaying the Montblanc 4810 Chronograph watch, part of the new 4810 collection celebrating Montblanc’s 110th anniversary.
