The Loop Duty Free is inviting its customers to sign up for The Loop Rewards – the new loyalty programme brought to you by the duty-free shop at Auckland Airport. Simply sign up, shop and swipe, and you’ll soon be earning Loop Points on your in-store purchases.

How does it work?

You can earn Loop Points on almost every purchase* you make in-store. Your credit or EFTPOS (debit) card is your membership card, once you’ve registered, you’ll earn Loop Points every time you swipe it in store.

For every 650 Loop Points you earn, you’ll be entitled to a NZ$20 voucher to redeem in-store, so you can treat yourself to more on us.

Membership benefits

  • Earn points for which you can choose to redeem for gift vouchers that you can use for in-store purchase* at The Loop Duty Free NZ
  • As well as recieving rewards for shooping, Loop Rewards members will also get exclusive benefits and offers in-store. The more you spend, the more rewards you get, and the bigger the benefits you’ll recieve
  • There are 3 tier levels of membership, determined by your annual spend: Green, Silver and Gold. Each level has its own set of addtional rewards.

Earning additional Loop Points

It’s easy to collect extra Loop Points, here’s how:

  • When you sign up and complete your profile, The Loop give you 200 points
  • Once a year on your birthday, you’ll get a gift from The Loop of 150 points
  • Every time you refer a friend who then joins, The Loop credit you with 100 points

Redeeming points

Redeeming points is easy. Simply log in to your profile (using your mobile or computer), go to “Your Vouchers” and download your unique voucher to redeem in-store.
Loop Points are accumulated over a 12 month period and are available for 12 or 24 months after they are earned (depending on your membership level).
