Perfumer`s Workshop has launched two new fragrances within the Samba Metallics collection, first launched into travel retail last year: the new additions are the feminine Samba Ruby and the masculine Samba Amber.

Samba is a master brand of perfumes, first launched in 1987, which includes 26 different editions to date. Samba is described as a youthful, fun and affordable collection.

Samba Ruby is created by perfumer Gil Clavien as a sensuous and sultry interpretation of this precious stone. The fragrance was composed to radiate lush freshness, dramatic floral notes and luminous and long-lasting warmth. It opens with juicy nectarine, black licorice and crimson strawberry pulp. The heart notes include star anise, rose and purple dahlia, while the mystical trail of warm benzoin, tonka bean, orchid, patchouli and creamy sandalwood contributes to the depth and sensuality of the perfume. Available as a 100 ml EDP.

Samba Amber is signed by Ilias Ermenidis, who wanted to enhance the sensual warmth of amber with luxurious, masculine ingredients like bourbon and leather. The fragrance opens with a bright mix of sparkling bergamot, mandarin and warm cinnamon. Fresh juniper, fir resin and nutmeg form the aromatic heart, laid on a lavish background of smoky vetiver, amber, tonka bean and skin. Available as a 100 ml EDT.
