The Dalmore Portfolio Series pairs specially commissioned works of art with masterpieces of whisky making. The Dalmore worked with V&A Dundee, Scotland’s design museum, to find partners who could produce masterpieces of design tailored to accompany an amazing trio of whiskies.
In collaboration with V&A Dundee and artist Fraser Gray
The first of their partners, Fraser Gray, was influenced by the buildings of The Dalmore’s distillery and the distinctive shapes of our stills. He took the outlines of these shapes and incorporated bold colours – a personal response to the flavours discovered whilst tasting alongside the whisky makers. The result is a striking abstract depiction of the sensory experience of enjoying these whiskies, and of the unique place where they were created.

Bourdeaux Wine Cask Finish

Chateauneuf-Du-Pape Wine Cask Finish

Select Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finish
Finished in casks from one of the world’s most iconic estates. Classified as a Premier Cru Classé, this honour is reserved for only the finest estates in the Bordeaux region.

Blackcurrant, baked apples, demerara sugar, intertwined with warm dark cacao
