NAOS, the founding company of BIODERMA, a globally recognized leader in dermocosmetics, has announced the expansion of BIODERMA across travel retail worldwide, with Avolta, global leading travel retail and F&B player, with the rollout beginning in 2026.

This strategic partnership reflects a shared ambition to strengthen the dermocosmetics category within travel retail while making science-based skincare more accessible to consumers on the move. By combining NAOS’ unique ecobiological approach to skincare with Avolta’s extensive global network and retail expertise, the agreement sets the foundation for long-term category development and consumer engagement.

For BIODERMA, this milestone marks a significant step in its vision to bring dermatological expertise beyond the traditional channels and closer to consumers in travel environments. Known for iconic products such as Sensibio H2O Micellar Water – with one bottle sold every second worldwide – BIODERMA aims to meet the evolving expectations of travellers seeking trusted, effective, and skin-respectful solutions wherever they are.

“This agreement represents a key acceleration in BIODERMA’s travel retail strategy,” said Irina Beltcheva, Global Travel Retail Manager at NAOS. “Our ambition is to make our ecobiological expertise accessible to a wider audience, offering travellers dermatologically tested, high-performance skincare solutions adapted to their needs. Partnering with Avolta allows us to scale this vision globally with a strong and experienced partner.”

Alexandra Béhêtre, Global Head of Beauty at Avolta, continued: “Dermocosmetics is a category with strong relevance for travellers, who are increasingly looking for trusted, effective and easy-to-use skincare solutions while on the move. Our partnership with NAOS allows us to bring BIODERMA’s dermatological expertise to more customers across our global travel retail network, while continuing to develop a beauty offer that is relevant, accessible and adapted to the travel environment. We look forward to supporting BIODERMA’s expansion in travel retail and to building the category together over the long term.”

The global rollout will begin in 2026, with progressive implementation across key airports and travel retail locations worldwide. The partnership will focus on tailored assortments, optimized formats for travel, and elevated in-store experiences designed to educate and engage consumers.

Further reinforcing its commitment to the channel, BIODERMA will debut at the TFWA Exhibition & Conference in Cannes in September 2026. The brand will showcase its universe, innovations, and travel retail strategy to industry partners.
