Barcelona Airport, World Duty Free Group and Chanel have teamed up to introduce Les Exclusifs de Chanel – a range of 15 rare, luxury fragrances – in a global duty-free first.
In a dedicated boutique space, passengers at Barcelona’s El Prat Airport can discover the full range of fragrances. They are presented in 15 identical bottles as well as the 7 Extraits concentrations of Les Exclusifs de Chanel.
The collection, composed in the past by Ernest Beaux, the exclusive fragrance creator for Mademoiselle Chanel (N°22, Gardenia, Bois des Iles, Sycomore, Cuir de Russie), has been reinterpreted and completed by Jacques Polge (Eau de Cologne, Bel Respiro, 28 La Pausa, 31 rue Cambon, N°18, Coromandel, Beige, Jersey, and 1932).
Misia, the fifteenth and latest scent to join Les Exclusifs is also the first of Olivier Polge for Chanel (as previously trailed on Duty Free Hunter). Misia Sert was the dearest friend of Mademoiselle Chanel and a muse for artists. In the late 1900s, Misia became the hidden figure behind the creation of the famous Ballets Russes. It was, in fact, the Ballets Russes, the exciting atmosphere of the Opera Garnier, and the clicking of pearls that inspired Olivier Polge to create the fragrance.
Violet, Grasse rose, iris, tonka bean and Laotian benzoin are some of the components of the Misia fragrance which heighten femininity and elegance.
Discover Misia, and all the other scents of Les Exclusifs de CHANEL at Barcelona Airport.
