Cutty Sark has stayed true to its spirit of adventure for more than 100 years. Named after the iconic tea clipper, the blend was launched in 1923 at the height of Prohibition – and has been defying convention ever since. Loved worldwide for its mellow and audacious personality, Cutty Sark is a dram for all who dare to go further.
Crafted from a bold cask recipe, Cutty Sark 17 adds layers of fruity complexity to the blend’s trademark smooth style. It combines hand-selected malt whiskies married in sherry and port casks with fine grain whisky aged in bourbon casks – all skillfully enriched by age. Aromas of candied orange, cherries and plums ebb and flow with tastes of oak, cappuccino undercurrents and a subtle splash of spice.
Cutty Sark 17 is showcased in a striking black presentation box, perfect for gifting and collecting. Embellished with golden lettering and a flash of Cutty Sark’s signature yellow, the packaging reflects the quality of the whisky within. Meanwhile a rope and eyelet detail hints at the brand’s nautical heritage. Inside, the black bottle stands out, complete with a playful, rope-effect stopper.
