Kansai Airports has announced that global fashion leader Christian Dior has partnered with the world’s leading luxury travel retailer DFS Group to launch “Dior Perfume & Beauty Kansai Airport Boutique” – a first for any airport in Japan.
The boutique opened for travellers to visit on November 19, 2018 (the original opening having been postponed by Typhoon Jebi which struck in September) . The new store is located in a prime position within the airport’s post-security international Terminal 1.
Founded in Paris, France in 1947, Christian Dior has long been cherished by many people around the world as a leading global luxury brand.
The new boutique will be home to the brand’s wide range of fine fragrances, makeup and skincare products and the ‘stand alone’ concept space called Maison Christian Dior – this is Dior’s new premium retail concept that is dedicated to the art of gifting specifically for perfume lovers. It is Dior’s first stand-alone boutique in an airport in Japan.
