Dsquared2 debuts duo of new fragrances, Green Wood and Red Wood

Dsquared2 have introduced 2 new editions of their original Wood fragrance which launched in late 2018. Anna Ewers and Julian Schneider return as the faces of the scent.

Wood is a dual project designed around the characteristics of wood – strong and sturdy, with a complex structure that makes it unique and inimitable – creating two new scents, green wood and red wood, that define the contemporary Dsquared2 man and woman: sensual, confident in themselves and their personalities.

Young and capturing the zeitgeist, the protagonists for these fragrances live on passions, good vibes and an impulse towards what’s new. They are looking for a sophisticated essence that expresses the authenticity, depth and passion that defines them.

Green Wood, the new fragrance for him

A free spirit fragrance, intense and vigorous.

In Green Wood, the new men’s fragrance by Dsquared2, the energy of lemon and the aromatic freshness of santolina are enriched by vibrating touches of Bourbon pepper, elegantly spiced.

Sophisticated woody notes of cedar wood and vetiver are blended with a resinous original accord, evoking a generous and primeval nature.

The drydown offers a strong yet signed sillage, melting cypriol, virile and seducing, ambrox, deep and sensual, and musk, enveloping and long lasting.

Red Wood, the new fragrance for her

A sparkling and audacious perfume with a contemporary spirit.

In Red Wood, the new women’s fragrance by Dsquared2, surprisingly fresh pink pepper accents and touches of cranberry reveal a new crunchy and irresistible fruity dimension.

Refined and transparent notes of lychee highlight the feminine character of the velvety and intense rose and magnolia accord.

In the drydown a magnetic sillage of soft musk enlightens the vibrant and sensual notes of cedar wood and ambery woods.

A subtle play between power and seduction sets the scene for the new Green Wood and Red Wood ad campaign.

Created by Mert & Marcus and with the artistic direction of Dean and Dan Caten, the campaign features models Anna Ewers and Julian Schneider.

They become perfectly entwined in a whirl of motion featuring passionate, energetic and dynamic bodies.
