Chanel has unveiled its Neapolis: New City Spring Summer 2018 makeup line, filled with vibrant colours inspired by the Italian city of Naples, birthplace of Chanel’s own Lucia Pica.
Unveiled last week by Chanel’s Creative Director Lucia Pica Neapolis: New City is the new Chanel SS18 make up collection. The new collection will be arriving in duty-free stores from January 2018 onwards – if you can’t wait the head to the Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Florence, Via dei Calzaiuoli 49 where the collection is on preview.
Chanel Les 9 Ombres Palette Edition No1 Fresco – this eye-shadow palette is inspired by the colours of the city of Naples. The palette is made up of three opaque eye-shadows, three satin finish shadows, and three luminous shades.
Chanel Le Vernis nail polishes come in four bright shades inspired by the decorations on the palaces of Napoli: pink cloud, pastel green, vibrant yellow, and tomato red.
Chanel Rogue Coco Gloss comes in four shades, including Parthenope, a bright caramel, and Aphrodite, a transparent sky blue.
Chanel Rouge Allure Ink is available in two shades to represent the beauty of the city and its women.
Chanel Poudre a Levres celebrated the colours and buildings of Pompeii. This palette includes a moisturising balm and a pigmented powder in Pompeian Red, Parthenope Red and Rosa Tempera.
