We have news of an exclusive edition of Oakley’s Targetline sunglasses – only for travellers (and Bubba Watson of course)…

The Oakley Targetline exclusive eyewear is enhanced with design and technical innovation that zeros in on elite performance and style. Its release will be supported by a bespoke advertising campaign featuring Bubba Watson, professional U.S. golfer and world-class Team Oakley athlete.

The Oakley Targetline exclusive has been designed to provide a comfortable sporting experience for the wearer – from an Unobtainium® nose bridge for a close fit to lightweight yet durable frames sculpted from O-Matter™ material. Armed with Oakley’s High Definition Optics® (HDO®) lens technology, which optimises peripheral vision and side protection with a six base lens curvature, the eyewear is also fitted with Oakley’s Prizm™ Sapphire lenses to enhance colour, contrast and detail for an optimised experience.

Designed to fit comfortably under a hat, the Oakley Targetline exclusive features an angled brow with steep temples. In addition, integrated side shields help combat backside glare, while the taller lens ensures uninterrupted downward vision.

The Oakley Targetline exclusive – which comes in both Global-fit and Asian-fit versions – will be available in-store from May 2018, with a suggested retail price of €142.

Alessandro Pozzi, Global Channels Director at Luxottica commented: “As one of the leading product design and sport performance brands in the world, Oakley is an incredible part of our portfolio. The brand inspires greatness and this philosophy is recognised by casual and professional athletes universally. Our latest Oakley Targetline exclusive continues our sport performance journey, while distinguishing our travel retail channel with new, unique and surprising must-have products.”
