The 18-year-old is now the official global ambassador for Armani Beauty in the beauty category, just months after finalising a deal with Gucci in fashion.
“Hanni is a very young artist with a great expressive power and an irresistible and captivating individuality: a contrast that I find interesting. She has personality, which for me is the most fascinating trait, always,” Giorgio Armani shared in a statement.
In her debut campaign visual, Hanni is seen with her signature fringe, wearing the My Armani Go To Cushion on her face and the Lip Maestro in shade “214.” Following the announcement, the star will begin with a campaign for Armani Beauty’s new Power Fabric+ Foundation in April and the Lip Maestro Satin lipstick in May.
“The Armani brand has something very interesting and quite paradoxical: It’s the champion of timelessness, but it’s also the champion of being always in tune with the times, with the now,” Hanni shared in a statement, according to WWD.
The five members of NewJeans, one of K-pop‘s buzziest groups at the moment, are being picked up by luxury brands. Hanni was appointed brand ambassador for Gucci in October 2022, followed by Hyein for Louis Vuitton and Danielle for Burberry. The remaining members have yet to officially confirm brand partnerships, although Chanel and Dior are a few of the names that could potentially work with members of the quintet.
