Sustainability has been a constant guiding principle for The Macallan since it began crafting its single malt whiskies amongst the beautiful Speyside nature. A portion of every purchase will be donated as proceeds to the Garden City Fund in Singapore, a World Heritage Site. The Macallan Harmony Collection Fine Cacao
Exclusive to Travel Retail, The Macallan Harmony Collection Fine Cacao is the first release in the series, which shines a spotlight on our sustainability journey and intrinsic connection to nature.
The elegant presentation box is 100% recyclable and biodegradable and has been crafted using discarded cacao husks, a by-product in the chocolate-making process, which would have been sent to landfill or destroyed, and sees them reborn for a renewed purpose.
The whisky is characterised by notes including chocolate covered raisins, fig and toffee, followed by a unique medium chocolate finish which pairs perfectly with the finest chocolate for a luxurious sensorial experience.

As we understand it, this is a travel retail exclusive and will probably only be available at major hub airports initially – but its worth checking with duty-free retailers at your nearest major airport in case they are getting an allocation. Otherwise, you’ll need to take a trip to somewhere like London, Dubai, Singapore where they have Macallan boutiques (but check they have stock before you go!)
