Created exclusively for Heathrow and World Duty Free, Chase Distillery presents a wonderfully refreshing gin infusing the warmth of Madagascan cloves with juniper, oris root, pink grapefruit ribbons and sweet, honeyed elderflower picked on their farm. Each gin created by the award-winning Chase Distillery uses the finest potato spirit from their Single-Estate farm in Herefordshire and after 119 distillations is infused with the finest botanicals from around the world. Kick off your holiday in style with this fresh summer cocktail
The Great Escape
37.5ml Heathrow Exclusive Williams GB Gin,
20ml Cloudy apple juice,
12.5ml Freshly squeezed lime juice,
10ml Sugar syrup,
Ginger ale top.
Shake all ingredients (except ginger ale), with cubed ice.
Double strain into a chilled rocks glass over crushed ice.
Top with ginger ale.
Garnish with a wedge or slice of fresh grapefruit.
