About the Creative: Ink painter and cross media artist Zhu Jingyi creates sculptures based on traditional Chinese ink drawings, combining modern technology with a heritage artform. He lives and works in Shanghai.
About the Creative: Known for his work with major cultural institutions, graphic artist Guang Yu’s typographical works offer new possibilities of thinking and design. He founded his creative studio A Black Cover Design in 2015.
About the Creative: Music collective Yeti Out bridges east and west with its series of pop-up raves and record releases. The euphoria of late nights are transformed into utilitarian designs in reflection of youth movements that shape creative culture in cities that never sleep.
About the Creative: Sculptor Sui Jianguo’s forms are inspired by his observations on the artistic process in China. A pioneer of Chinese sculpture, he is a professor in the sculpture department at the China Central Academy of Fine Arts.
