Absolut Lime has launched in key airports across Australia and New Zealand, building on the great success it has enjoyed at launch in other global markets including EMEA and Americas.
The newest flavour in Absolut’s citrus range will be exclusively available at Travel Retail locations across the Pacific until the end of June 2017, before rolling out to domestic retailers in the region from July 2017.
Pernod Ricard Travel Retail Asia Pacific is engaging travellers through vibrant experiential in-airport activations at Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, Wellington and Christchurch Airports. The activations are designed to bring Absolut Lime to life through lime leaf cladded fixtures, 3D displays, LED lighting and custom lime scented vaporisers to educate travellers about Absolut Lime’s refreshing, fruity taste. Travellers will also have the opportunity to trial Absolut Lime through tastings that demonstrate the versatility of the latest release and receive “drinkspiration” cards that provide top tips for how to make Absolut Lime cocktails at home.
The launch of Absolut Lime in Pacific Travel Retail coincides with strong sales of the product in the EMEA region following its recent launch in Dubai Airport (see previous story) Pernod Ricard Travel Retail EMEA is set to focus on continuous growth for the product, further expanding its presence across the region from July 2017.
